Neverland

I took a trip to Neverland one
cool summer night
Flying through the sparkling
sky I followed the second star
on the right

As my destination approached I
saw him standing there
A wondrous sight before me I
couldn't help, but stare.

Our adventure lasted forever it
was something like a dream
but the magic soon died down
and nothing was like it seemed

You're just a lost boy, afraid to
settle down
You're just a lost boy, living for
the now

When things get too serious
you up and fly away
Find a new girl to love for the
next couple days

You're never gonna grow up,
why can't you understand
When are you gonna realize
you can't stay in Neverland?

and i hope
as you lay with her
your fingers don't run through her
hair
the same way as you did me
and i hope
when you snuggle your nose to her
head
to catch the scent of her hair
it doesn't smell like mine
and when she's smiling at you
i hope
her smile isn't as true as mine
and i hope
you try picturing her as me
and realize
my love,
i truly cared about you more than
anything.

not a fairy tale

its times like this

when the skies darken

and the air is damp

when i realize

someone like you comes once in a 

life time.

everything about you was so original

the words you spoke 

your sinning touch

now that you're gone i appreciate every small word 

you said. 

i appreciate all those time you told me 

you loved me

you made me feel like a princess

then told me life isn't a fairy tale.

it wouldn't be a movie with a crappy ending.

here it is.

life was going great until i pricked my finger

on you

and i fell asleep into a great depression.

even in this hot heat
that burns our skin
i will feel the coldness of your
heart.
the way that suddenly when life's
storm came pouring down
you forgot how to swim.

Beautiful

You don't know
What it takes
To look perfect every single
day
Overpriced shampoo,
Hours spent detangling
Most of my morning
Dedicated to another outfit,
Not to mention half an hour
For my hair
Honestly,
It's depressing
I spend so much time worrying
When I'm beautiful
Without the perfecting.
Remember this,
You are beautiful
